A postpartum doula is someone who can help support you and your family's transition into life with a newborn. This can look like assisting mom with breastfeeding, entertaining younger children while mom and baby nap, helping with laundry, dishes etc.

As your doula I can offer breastfeeding support, family support, newborn care, light housework, meal prep, swaddling, baby-wearing, and much more. Postpartum mamas can use all the help they can get and I'm happy to provide an extra set of hands!

What is placenta encapsulation?

It is a process in which a placenta steamed, dried, ground into powder, then packed into capsules to be ingested during the postpartum period. The amount of capsules you receive depends on the size of your placenta.

How does it work?

Your placenta will be picked up from your place of birth or residence if frozen; processed into capsules, then delivered to you with dosage instructions and a cord keepsake.
